Registration

The first time you have to register as a user.  Here is how to do this.

Go to the forum login page at this link:  http://www.pudendalhope.info/forum/ucp.php?mode=login

(Or you can click on “forum login” on the ribbon at the top of this page.)

Next click “register” on the right near the top of the page.

Click “I agree to these terms.”

Make a username. It is best not to use your full name. Think about your privacy.

A good choice is your first name with a letter of your surname. That way it sounds like a real person and your privacy is protected.

You may also use a different name that is not your real name if you wish to protect your privacy.

Use an e-mail address that is real and save it where you have access to it. The e-mail will be used to send you a confirmation mail.

Enter the confirmation code. If you can’t read it click “refresh” and the server will try another one.

This control is there to be sure you are a human being not a robot. Sorry!

This completes your registation. After that, keep an eye on your mailbox. The server will send you an e-mail. Click the link in the mail to activate your account.

After that you should be able to log in.

Normal Login

From the homepage at www.pudendalhope.org click on “Forum login” at the top of the page.

Provide username and password (the ones you used with registration) and click  “login.”

If you have registered but forgotten the password click “I forgot my password.”

Provide the e-mail address you used for registration. The server will send you the password.

If you don’t have the e-mail address either, you can re-register with a new e-mail address or ask the admin for assistance.

If all else fails, you can send the admin an e-mail to help you.
