Re: Pudendal Nerve Surgery to be included in Neurosurgery Bi
This is AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME NEWS ! I don't care if the information came from my dog... the fact that it is going to be RECOGNIZED AND INCLUDED in this book is paramount for getting the word out about our disease. Thanks for posting this, Charlie. Do you know if they have a Google book preview...

Re: Pudendal Nerve Surgery to be included in Neurosurgery Bi
Dr Filler told me when I had an appointment a while ago. I am weary of mentioning a particular surgeon as sometimes people perceive you as promoting them. Re: The Journey of a child
To be honest I think you should honor your daughter's wishes and not go back to that PT. What she is saying about the tense muscles is that your daughter is developing pelvic floor dysfunction, which is shortened, tense, spastic pelvic floor muscles. Re: Measuring Surgical Success
I don't think it is really hard to understand, Celeste...I am obviously talking about people who have a similar type of pain but it is caused by something that will respond to conservative treatments and clearly not people who have an actual entrapment (since not *everyone* who visits these forums ...

Re: Measuring Surgical Success
I feel this rare condition will find its place in medical journals soon. If we can hold on, time is on our side. Again I agree completely with your points Quilter 2 but I would point out that this condition and the surgery has already featured in medical journals. It is widely discussed at conferan...

Re: Measuring Surgical Success
I've had all the imaging done, done all the conservative treatment, and I have no scar tissue, no nerve damage, but they see a bunch of veins compressing the dorsal nerve of the penis. You should look into Dr Dellon who is performing decompression of the dorsal nerve. He may be able to help you wit...
