I was directly told by more than 1 laparoscopic surgeon that they cannot decompress the alcocks canal via this method. They said it has to be done via transgluteal surgery.

If anyone knows of surgeons I didn't I coude here, feel free to list them in the comments for others to find.

Are you using the baclofen in suppository form or oral tablets? And how does it make you feel when you have 10mg vs 20 mg?
