hi marg, i would just like to add that 5%lidocine works for me also,shame it only lasts a couple of hours but it does completely numb everything,like you i put it all over the places i feel the pgad the most,and after the gel kicks in which is about 10 mins i can honestly say i feel nothing down the...

wow has any of that treatment worked for you? is this why it's now just flairs instead of the whole time? great news if it is helping you, i have weeks where i can't wee i have to push really hard and lean completely forward to squeeze my bladder to gets the flow started and consistent, total nightm...

Something does occur to me - how long have you been on the antidepressant? And which one is it? Because if you haven't had PGAD for 3 years now, maybe the antidepressant is also dealing with the PGAD for you...?! hi sorry i took so long getting back to you,i've been busy and i've only been on here ...

i have had this pgad thing for the last 5 months and it was this last symptoms that lead me to this site(at long last :D ), i've had all the other pn pain symptoms for almost 3 years so i'm greatful i haven't had the arousal thing the last 3 years too, as it drives me more nuts than what the pain do...
