I know, it's hard to have a life without sitting, but I believe it's really important to not aggravate the PNE nerves further so they have a chance to heal. I bought some several months back from a Dutch pharmacy--very easy to do. But I haven't taken it, as no one on the PN sites seems to have benefited from it, even those taking it for a half year...

Hi Nicola, Sorry that you are having these difficulties. Hang in there--things do change... I know you can't surf for now, but have you tried swimming? Crawl and backstroke (not breast stroke, which is not a good idea) have been very helpful for me. I've been swimming for 20 minutes almost every day...
