yes, but these are ordinary painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs. I'm afraid my nerve is fused or irritated outside the Alcock canal.

Hello. 1.5 months ago I had decompression of the left pudendal nerve laparoscopically. Before the surgery, apart from my perineum, I had a lot of pain in my anus and after passing stools. Currently, the pain in the anus is worse and the pain in the perineum is unbearable. Someone from the forum also...

Thank you for your answer. I have had L/S and pelvic MRIs done. there is nothing disturbing in the descriptions.

Good morning. I'm from Poland. my horror started a year ago. I have had 2 physiotherapy treatments and Botox and I still live in pain. I am able to mutilate my physiological functionality and do something that will stop my pain. of course, apart from decompression. I no longer have any strength left...
