I went to see them and they seem very professional, but never had the pudendal decompression surgery because the bill they sent me for it was $280,000 USD X.X

I have not. It definitely didn't make it worse though. Maybe SLIGHTLY better? But yes overall I regret thee expense of getting them, but they are useful for surgeons to rule out your muscles being the root cause.
