It is some good PT work showing the roll of the sacrotuberous ligament , as i said the 3-d picks are great and does inform about the Pudendal issue ,and is only up until the 1st of February i hope the link works , i also hope others get to watch it .

It is complex , it depends on the skill of the practioner , but what the treatment does , is releaseing the fascia , , it is the stuff that seperates the muscles , veins and nerves etc .if you google Myofascial trains,also Tom Myers, you can get some good info better than i can explain .Not sure if ...

Hi Jaxi123 How did your PT secessions go ?? I thought you posted you found a good PT ? And what did they say was the cause , also have you asked your specialist what is the cause is and what treatment that might help ? It will be better to get a couple opinions . If you can find out what the trigger...
