But I wonder how long it will take for this to turn into a drug I can get from my doctor.

Magnetic stimulation
I came across this the other day, and wondered whether anyone had heard of or tried it.

Re: Acupuncture
I started having accupuncture/chinese herbs in March and have decided to stop because I have not had any improvement from it. It may well work for other people but in my case it hasn't and I can't afford to carry on in the hope that it might start working at some point in the future.

Re: Can anyone give me medical proof of negative side effect
I've had three, and had pain flare several days after each one, followed by a return to normal pain levels. No long term help at all but one of them was positive for diagnosis.

Re: Acupuncture
I've started having accupuncture / Chinese herbs in the UK. After two sessions and two weeks of taking the herbs I have had no reduction or difference in my symptoms, but I'm going to continue for a few more weeks.I'll post again with the results in a few weeks.

Re: An amitriptyline cream is in the market, benefiting me
I tried the cream but found that although it helped a little, it was no better than Voltarol for me. It may well be of great benefit to others however and for the cost is well worth a try.

Re: New natural PainKiller Normast® (Palmitoylethanolamide)
I used it for about two months but had no pain relief from it at all.
It seems to help some people but for me it was just another disappointment.
It was cheap compared to other treatments I've tried, and is probably worth a try.
