Re: Effect of PNE in your words.

Hi I agree with your whole list including being unable to work. Close family and a few close friends are great and interested in the condition. The rest get on with their own lives, not interested or oblivious to the misery and disability of chronic pain. I try to educate folk but most people aren't...

Re: Applying for Blue badge

As you say they are only for 3 years anyhow and I could return it should things improve. Just got my seatbelt exem...

Re: Frustrated & struggling newbie!

Hi Birdlife Funny you noticed the number of people who ask how your back is, they just don't get it! LOL! I bet others many others face the same comments! Another one I love is 'your looking really well!' either intimating the pain is all psychological or just genuinely trying to cheer me up, diffic...

Re: Frustrated & struggling newbie!

Thanks Birdlife and Violet I will look into the TP massage, as you say muscles will tighten if not used. I keep pushing everyday, can't afford to give up. Is it just me who finds other people's lack of understanding frustrating? Work colleagues, though well meaning suggesting we all go out for a mea...

Is it possible to differentiate PNE from PN from symptom?

Hi everyone New member here, learning lots about my condition, especially from the forums so thanks. Do any of the more experienced sufferers know if there are any symptoms more suggestive of PNE as opposed to PN? Had PN for 12 months now. Noticed symptoms have progressed considerbly despite lifesty...
