I have tried so many cushions, as I am sure we all have. Right now the one I am using is like an eggcrate cushion with a hole in the middle. It is more oval than circle and it has a cover over it. I carry it In a bag when I go to restaurants, etc . It works.

Good luck Kassie! Let us know how you do. Take it easy and slow. I am in a bit of a flare because I didn't take it easy on my trip to Florida, so it really is so much better in the long run if you do.

Thanks so much for the good advice and support. Hopefully, this time next year I can see a big improvement. At any rate, I will take it easy for now and not push it. This was a good lesson for me.
