Re: ketamine right after TIG surgery

In patient Ketamine is expensive and not many of us can not afford $14,000 out of pocket plus periodic boosters depending on the results of the first round of treatment. I have had good results with out patient Ketamine and Lidocain costing on average $1300 a day plus travel expenses. Treatment time...

Re: Meditation

Biofeedback using the EmWave technology has helped me a whole lot with meditation. The unit is not all that expensive and getting an audible and visual feedback of the heart rhythm is very helpful for chronic pain patients or anyone wanting to learn how to relax. The EmWave website also has very goo...

Re: Biofeedback

Glad you are trying again. The folks at eMwave will help you get the equipment set up on your PC. Once you are set up try breathing in 4 seconds then out for 6. You have to focus on your heart. I sometimes imagine waves building then breaking on the beach to get my rhythm down. When you concentrate ...

Biofeedback

Biofeedback can help. I was introduced to biofeedback 30 years ago when the equipment was very expensive and cumbersome. My teacher was a master at it and taught me many things about life, breathing, positive thinking and concentration on heart rate and rhythm. He is a quadriplegic and very good at ...

Re: IV Ketamine treatments

Faith, My Ketamine treatment was outpatient daily for five days 10AM - 5PM more or less in June 2012 and then a second round in September for four days. The treatment protocols and dosage all depend on the doctor and what he/she feels is best for you under the circumstances. I think we are all diffe...
