Re: More Adhesion after PN Surgery

The idea of surgery does not appeal to me ... Looking at the documentation I found success rates between 60% and 85%. But do not believe them. Seem propaganda. I believe in a study of Pubmed: 50/50. And of these 50, we still have those which improve only slightly. Surgery is indicated when the perso...

Re: ESWT Treatment Experience in Cornwall

I just wanted to update this thread. Dr. Andrew charged me $128 for my records (for 5 days of treatment) to be sent to my disability attorney. I was blown away. The next closest amount I was charged was $38 and that was from my hip surgeon/PT (who I've seen for many months). My attorneys office sai...

Re: are these symptoms related to PN as well?

Dear, Think are spasms of the levator ani muscles , caused by PN . I had this syndrome before PN . However , given the general incompetence of the medical profession , especially urologists ( practically summarize their lives to prostate treatments and performing surgeries useless and dangerous ) , ...

Losartan and Pirfenidone: anti-fibrosis drugs.

Two new drugs used for treatment of fibrosis could help patients with adhesions. Adhesions including the pudendal nerve? Question their doctors. Drugs are safe, especially Losartan. So, I think anyone could ask for a prescription your doctor. It would be a light for those who have scars pinching the...

Re: Leg pain when sitting down

I really do not know. I have this burning sensation in the legs (inner thighs). I made my first PT session and I left with zero pain (but returned due to over-stretching). For a few months, had penile burning when sitting ... Currently, everything is in the legs. Flare-ups in the legs. I feel a pain...

Re: Stretching and Trigger Point Release Therapy (Lifesaver)

Ok , I think what Bobby mentioned makes sense for some types of pain in the pudendal . For example : Injury to the nerve of the penis. Because no stretching stretch this portion of the nerve. But if you have an injury to the sacrotuberous and sacrospinous ligaments , they can aggravate your problem ...

Leg pain when sitting down

Hello, my symptoms improved in the genital area. But now I feel burning in the interior parts of the thigh and feet. This increases when I sit, or after going to the bathroom. Also worse when I lengthen. I read about the spasms of the piriformis muscle, read about the internal obturator muscle and d...

ETNA - New Brazil lab medication

Hello, In Brazil some drugs have focused on the treatment of neuralgia, in particular the intramuscular injection DEXACitoneurin (B1 + B6 + B12 + Dexamethasone) and new drug very interesting to be specifically focused in diseases of nerve compression, which is the ETNA .
