Is pain a cause of pn and/or pne (im talking about muscles going in to spasm etc)

I had pudendal nerve blocks via buttock in London with Dr Baranowski at hospital of neurology and neuro surgery near Euston station. It cost £675 including sedation but im not sure about if there was an additional hospital fee that was just Dr Baranowski's fees.

Gosh I really don't know what to do for the best. I am due to see dr Baranowski for my second nerve block in a week and a half.
Do you have to go for a consultation in France prior to surgery? This whole thing is costing me a fortune already!

I have read that after the nerve blocks he doesnt do more is this correct? I dont want counselling this is physical not mental. Physio has not helped me....
