Re: What to expect in London?
I am nearly two years in now.......and always said I would give it two years ago to France for the nearest I would get to a correct diagnosie, are you going to be seeing a specilist with the initial K by any chance? If I had my time again I would have gone to France straight away for the diagnose......

Re: What to expect in London?
Surgery in France is about £5,000 not horrendous 0% credit card doable.......if some people are getting funding then we all should.......Dr B and his team are hugely against it ( I beleive a surgery went disastrously wrong with the surgeon mentioned ) and from thereon in it was no longer recommended...

Re: Electric Stimulation
Hi I am in the UK.......I personally feel and from a lot of research that volvydynia is another word for PN.......the NHS Physios I am afraid are no good at this......and the last thing you want to do is pelvic floor exercises.......as it tightens an already over tight pelvic floor you need to learn...

Re: Confused over diagnosis and where to go next
You can pay to see Dr Baronowski if you want to get some idea of what's going on £400.00 for an hour very thorough but no bedside manner. Professor Wendy Reid is a vulva specialist.....if it's beyound her she refers to Dr B anyway.....I am going to the Vulva pain society day on Saturday and Dr Nunns...

Re: Surgery
The NHNN in London.....is totally against surgery it is not offered at all..when I went there for a consultation I mentioned France for surgery, and they are very scathing of it, as they said the true amount of failues are not published and the extra problems the surgery causes with destabilising th...

Just saying hi......I have been seen at NHNN also Dr Baronowski privately abd then Dr Curran NHSS. I decided against the nerve blocks.......my mother also has PN and had a nerve block there and it went disastrously wrong.....just bad luck I think as they are the guys to see in the UK. Have you tried...

Re: Can anybody help in Wales / in general
I strongly advise you to get a second opinion, and I would strongly advice against surgery at Bristol. The UK just does not do enough of these......really do your resaerch as surgery really is the last option.......but if it's a route you definately want to pursue then go to France for a diagnosie t...
