Michael Durtnall
Hello, I would want to hear if someone had good experience with dr Michael Durtnall of the Sayer Clinic in London. I need physiotherapy because of muscle tension after surgery and I am thinking to him. I read some post on the forum but, sincerely, they seems "strange", written similar by p...

Transgluteal decompression
Hello, I did a transgluteal decompression in left in september 2016 and in right side in february 2017 with dr Aszmann. I would like to talk with some person operated by Aszmann in the forum, is there?

Re: I have had anterior approach 6 weeks ago
Instead I have constant perineal pain now(the anterior approach can't resolve perineum's pain), and this is probably due to an entrapment between ST/SS ligaments(I had an entrapment in pubic ramus also), and exspecially to the ST ligaments...I made a mistake to do the TIR, because I need an approach...

Re: I have had anterior approach 6 weeks ago
I can relate to a lot of your issues, including the cause. The irony of cycling to stay fit putting me into this state of vegetation is certainly not lost on me. Life does have a cruel sense of humour. But I digress, I just wanted to state that I had TG surgery in Bristol several months ago & w...

Re: I have had anterior approach 6 weeks ago

Re: I have had anterior approach 6 weeks ago
Yes, I also have this tingling sensation, but, substantially, only in the high part of anus, where probably I still have an entrapment between SS/ST ligaments...what type of surgery do you did? With which doctor?

Re: I have had anterior approach 6 weeks ago
I tried practically all before my failed Bautrant's surgery(pelvic floor physioterhapy, drugs, biofeedback, yoga, botox who worse me, exercises to relax muscles), but nothing gave me some result, I made a mistake because I might have to do the decompression in the first year of suffering, because is...
