Shanny63, just curious. Was there anything else going on in your life at the onset of your symptoms? Something like massive stress shortly before or during the period your symptoms started?

That was the rational for me too. To make PT more effective. It made no difference.

Trigger point injections are so short lived, it is really not worse it in my opinion. I had many of them and 2 days later my trigger points would be back. Why bother.

alipasha1 also had dorsal nerve surgery. As far as I remember, it wasn't a success.
