Re: Hielp for severe anal rectal pain
kathyd, First wanted to say, I am so sorry you are struggling with this. I do, too, on and off. It is always unfortunately present in some shape or form during the day. I wanted to ask you why your surgeon said it was "collateral sprouting". Collateral sprouting really is just regeneration...

Re: 10 Day Outpatient Ketamine
VERY Helpful information, NYT!!! I am in the process of trying to go to Cleveland Clinic to get this done, but everything there is OON, so the appeals start.... Would love to do it with my caring new Pain doc in Pittsburgh, but no protocol is in place anywhere in Pittsburgh, so he has to argue FOR t...

Re: Any dorsal nerve decompression successes?
Dear flyer Prof Aszmann told me that it is much easier to reach the whole of the Alcocks canal on women due to a wider infrapubic angle. It is not so easy on the male due to the anatomy. I will see of I can find his email and post it on the forum. To all: wish me luck and prayers as I'm headed to a ...
Re: Dr Dellon
Something has t o be done. Was just talking w/ Ali and we just don't understand why there aren't more success stories.
Re: Dr Dellon
So, do you guys think I have a better chance? I had surgery w/ Aszmann 6 wks ago. My area of pain matched exactly Potter's MRI. I have a causative factor (childbirth/episiotomy tear). The incisions were not in the same area as Lotta Nerve's Dellon surgery. Griff, do you have pics from your surgery? ...

Re: Dr. Hibner - 3 Day Ketamine Infusion and Me
I can't believe that I have developed RSD/CRPS. I had symptoms of this all along after my Hibner surgery. Maybe even started before... can't remember. But it is definitely worse now after the recent surgery. What can I do to stop the flare up? I've been water walking 4 x a week. I am determined!!! N...

Re: Any dorsal nerve decompression successes?
Additionally, for all that have inquired. My dorsal branch was not a problem. I have the operative report although it is in German so I can't really make it out. However, based on what Prof. told me my nerve was entrapped in scar tissue as it exited Alcock's canal. When my nerve was injured, the per...
