Re: Sitting after PNE Surgery- What were you advised?

Jeanie,

I'm sorry if you've answered this already somewhere else:

Where did the doctor find your nerve entrapped??? Did you have bilateral pain before the surgery even though you only had one side operated on?

Thanks!

Re: How does weight lifting affect the pudendal nerve?

I would also appreciate some input on Griff's question.

My biggest fear is that after I have the surgery, that I'll become "reentrapped" if I go back to the gym. I can give up the strenous stuff, but I'd like to go back to lifting at least SOME weights.

Sincerely,

Jackie,

Ali knows exactly how the script should be written.... I know he posted it somewhere on this forum or maybe it was the old one, but I'm sure you could PM him and he'd gladly give it to you.

Sincerely,

What exactly is NEURAL CROSS TALK?

Hello, I'm just curious to hear from the more "seasoned" PN patients what their take on neural cross talk is. I have been getting these electric zaps up the middle of my buttocks. Does this relate to the PUDENDAL or the SCIATIC or could this all be just the cross talk? I have a suspected l...

Re: VERY INTERESTING - DR. FILLER'S OFFICE ON MRN VS. 3T

Hermajesty, You just plain out rock. You go get 'em. So intrigued by their first response too... I'd love to see a debate between Filler and Potter. I can't comment on Filler directly because I've never had his MRN but I do know that Dr. Potter is highly regarded in her field. Have any of Dr. Filler...

Re: Griff522 MRI results

Ali,

I believe I have read somewhere (possibly on the old forum that shut down) that MRNeurography is done at 1.5.

Please let us know how your appt. goes with Hibner this week... praying for you... hang in there.

Re: Pregnant WITH PNE is ok, just don't have a vaginal birth

oh, just wanted to add on, the case where this might not be OK would be say if you have a segmented uterus like A's Mommy... her signature quoted says: "History of uterine abnormality from birth (sub-septate bicornuate uterus) that was found a year AFTER I gave birth) Daughter grew completely ...

Re: Severed Pudendal Nerve

Allie, I can hear the desperation in your voice. I know at my most confusing moments, an anxiety medication such as Ativan has helped me get over the "hump." I am not a doctor by any means, but you may want to check with your doctors if this might be an option for you. It honestly may take...
