Re: Any dorsal nerve decompression successes?
Matt, Where are you from? Do you live in Austria? I am confident that Prof. Aszmann will help you. He is a good man. Best regards, A's Mommy PS: The good news is that it does not seem as though you have scar entrapment. Should your nerve have to be surgically explored, it should be easy for Aszmann ...

A NOVEL WAY TO BOMBARD THE PNE DOCS....
Everybody: try to do this. Go to EVERY doctor on the Pudendal HOPE page (www.pudendalhope.info) and MAIL them a Christmas card with a letter stating you are a PNE/PN sufferer and thank them for being a PNE doctor and whatever else you want to say. For the overseas docs, use Google translate (althoug...

What was entrapping your nerve?
Re: Dr Dellon
Ezer and Ali, I am so sorry to hear both of you are not better. Do you possibly think that the reason you are not better is because the nerve is entrapped at the distal Alcocks canal? I am not sure if you have had the Potter MRI, Ezer, but I really feel like this main PN trunk not being fully decomp...

Re: Any dorsal nerve decompression successes?
Matt My opinion is based on everything you've said, Prof Aszmann will definitely be able to help you! He is highly adept at addressing issues with the distal branches at the UG diaphragm. When and where is your 3Tesla MRI? When do you travel to Vienna? Let me know if you need help w anything. I had ...

Re: Is a block in Alcock's really diagnostic for PN?
This is the huge conundrum of PNE diagnostics. What really constitutes a positive block? There are so many little nerves in there.... Let's take me for an example: I had a CT guided block at the level of the is goal spine and I felt the lidocaine seep into the pathway of the PN and it's distal branc...
