Does lumbar epidural injections help with PN pain?

I think it is because of nerve cross talk. In the beginning I had burning feet like sciatica but no it is replaced by pain in the thighs, hip and back.

Does your pain move around the pelvis and change daily? I have talked with another PN friend and her seems to do this as well. It's like some days the perineal burning is the biggest symptoms, other days it's my sacrum/coccyx, other days is around my alcock's canal/ischial tuberosity area. Somedays...
