Re: recent surgery
Thanks for the info April:) Yes, I am having surgery with Dr. Conway. He fees confident, he said, a lot of time he finds a piece of suture left behind causing the problems from the the hysterectomy. Of course, he said there's no guarantees. My biggest fear is, he will find the nerve has been permane...

Re: recent surgery
Hi April,
I have a quick question for you. After your surgery, were you able to do stairs? This is a big concern for me. I have surgery scheduled for 3/29/19 and I have a lot of stairs in my house.

Re: PFCN treatment
I did meet with him back in December. He asked a lot of questions, as expected, then did the exam. I had a list of questions I had messaged him about. That's why he called, to answer my questions. At this point my husband and I are discussing pros and cons of having the surgery. I'm very nervous abo...

Re: PFCN treatment
Sorry I can't give you any info. The Dr. called today, we discussed surgery. He answered all my questions, when I asked if would release the PFCN, he said no. If I still have issues with the PFCN after surgery it will addressed at that time. He feels the PN is causing the PFCN problems. Sorry. I wou...

Re: PFCN treatment
Hi. I'm kind of new to all this, so I hope I don't give wrong info. Dr. Conway is the doctor I'm seeing currently, he diagnosed me with both PN and PFCN. I have an up coming appointment to discuss surgery in greater detail. I will be finding out more about surgery for PFCN. At my last appointment he...

Re: Has anyone had surgery with Dr. Conway?
I don't have a date as of yet, I need to be absolutely positive surgery is the way to go. I'm scared of another surgery! I will be meeting with him again in a few weeks to answer more questions.

Re: Questions to ask the surgeon
Thank you April!
I wrote down several of your questions. My list is growing. The Doctor is going to hate me for taking up so much of his time with questions.
Thank you again for your wonderful insight.![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)

Re: Questions to ask the surgeon
Wow jaxi! I'm so sorry to hear it didn't work for you. It's so strange how it will work for some but not others. I wonder if it could be a genetic issue with scar tissue growth. I hope you find relief and get your quality of life back!
