Das einzige, was mir wirklich hilft, ist Bewegung und, ein Bisschen, Massage.
Nach 2 Jahren und jeden Tag eine halbe Stunde Gymnastik ist es 50% besser.

My pain gets worse when I have to stand still for more then 10 minutes. Every move of my legs gives immediate relief. Sitting, even bicycling, is better bearable than standing. I can do any exercise, the harder, the better for the pain relief (kickboxing, climbing, dancing etc. all does good to me)....

I have always less pain while eating something.
I think it is because of the autonomic nervous system, which is affected by pundendal neuralgia, but also when eating and is somehow "distracted" from the pain.
