estrogen cured all chronic itching and burning
My friend and I who had internal, vaginal burning, vaginal inflammation, burning with urination and itching have both been cured with estrogen cream. It take 2 - 3 weeks for estrogen to be absorbed so the samples the docs hand out are not large enough to truly know if it can help you or not. I have ...

Re: S.W.O.P Kings Cross Thank-you!!!
That is so amazing. Our sex parts are broken so it seems like a natural place to turn for support, but I never thought of that before. I wish I had. My teen and early 20s may have been very different if I had had someone to talk to or someone who believed what I was dealing with. Pless SWOP for supp...

Re: Estrogen
So I had my estrogen levels checked and they came back normal according to my OB. I don't know what normal is, but when I stop using the estrogen cream the burning comes back. Just want you all to know that I'm still using the estrogen 3 times a day and the burning when away again. I don't know why ...

Re: Gradual Development
I had numbness off and on in my legs, back and pelvis for years. Now the bottoms of my feet are numb and my thighs took 5 months to get complete feeling back after surgery. As Hermajesty explained, different ligaments and muscles pull on other things so pain will show up in areas where there is no a...

cane saving my pelvic floor!
PT trained me on a cane and it came today. I now walk strait without holding my pelvic floor tight to move my legs. I take longer strides and have more stamina with it as well. If you are like me and struggle to walk correctly due to pelvic pain and cramping due to holding your pelvic floor tightly ...

Re: How do you avoid peeing?!
Just wanted to share that I'm just starting to look into IC issues and I feel like A's mommy is right. I feel like if the nerves would stop burning I would stop wanting to pee to release that burning pressure in my pelvis. I def. feel worse when I have caffeine, but mostly I feel it is nerves. I als...

Estrogen
Please consider having your estrogen levels checked if you have pain with urination, trouble with dripping urine, vagina itching, dryness and / or pain with intercourse. Estrogen makes that vaginal and urethra skin thick and healthy. If estrogen is low the skin thins and can cause burning with urina...

walking / pelvic floor
just for those of us with struggles with our pelvic floors. This is what leads to cramps, restroom issues and instability with walking. PT taught me how to use a cane for the left leg with obturator nerve damage because I hold my pelvic floor tightly when I walk due to fear that I may fall, as I som...

Re: water PT suggestion for pain
This is an odd place to post this, but it was brought up on this strand. Qigong and Tai Chi are both things I used years ago before the pain was so bad. They both helped me so they are worth looking into. They are both slow and liquid movements so they seem to calm the body so it handles pain better...
