Re: Dellon Surgery

Well there are a some sad stories buried in the old posts on this forum. Just type in Dellon in the search bar up above and you can read some posts back from 2010 and 2011 where some people intially got better but eventually the pain came back, in some people worse than before. But there are success...

Re: Big News - Surgery Scheduled in France 12/6/2018

Man oh man, that is bad news...hate to hear it. And now the doctor has stopped responding? Thats crazy. So sorry to hear about this whole deal, all the travel and expense only to end up worse? I recall you saying your nerve was entrapped by vessels rather than ligament and it was a very difficult su...

Re: PFCN block in Baltimore

I agree Violet....doesnt make sense to have surgery on the pfcn when the block didnt fully work. I have another order from Dr Dellon to get a block of the pudendal nerve as that is what Dr Fritz's team is recommending. I had never heard of this Rosson before but it sounds like he does all kinds of n...

Re: PFCN block in Baltimore

I have been trying to talk to the doctor who did my block and received this email yesterday: "This is Linda, Dr. Fritz’s nurse coordinator. I spoke with Dr. Rivlin and Dr. Fritz yesterday as promised. Per Dr. Fritz, “the Cryoablation for the posterior femoral cutaneous nerve is not as good an o...

Re: Has anyone had surgery with Dr. Conway?

Thanks for the reply spider and the update. Its still early in the process for you so give it time. So he did a decompression of the pudendal nerve, all the branches? Did the doc say where the entrapment was? I wish you the best and thanks once again for keeping the forum updated. I may end up seein...

Re: PFCN block in Baltimore

Thanks for your reply April. Yes giving Conway a call is a good recommendation. And thanks for confirming the anal pain doesnt have to be dagger like. MIne is bad just not dagger like so I dont know why Dellon is ruling out the pn anal branch I talked to the lady at JH yesterday and she is going to ...

Therapy for men.

Seems a few people on another site are having some success with this:

freedomfrompelvicpain.com

Maybe a simpler course than the one from Headache in the Pelvis.

Re: PFCN block in Baltimore

I wonder if its worth it to try and get two nerves blocked at once...the pudendal and the pfcn. But wow, I bet I would be super numb from that! If that took away my sitting pain then at least I would know what I have for sure. The fellow told me they sometimes do multiple blocks in one day. But who ...

Re: PFCN block in Baltimore

So researching cyro and there is not that much on this site, just 14 posts back in 2017. I see you had it Stephanies and suffered a terrible flare. I like your sentence: " I suspect I would be better off now than I am if I had avoided all surgeries, nerve blocks, other injections, Botox, cryo, e...
