Re: Post-Surgery and returning to work
Hi Barb, You are in a tough place trying to decide what to do. I was in a similar state but had an easy out. After surgery although it helped somewhat full time work didn't seem possible. My doctor suggested that I not try to get back to full time. 5-5 1\2 hours was my max. Because I was able as a ...

Re: POST-OP UPDATE!
For the first month or two I had ALOT of shooting pains and pins and needles sensations but it has died down. They can come out of nowhere! I was told to expect this especially during the first 6 months.aussie_pain wrote:Hi
From month 3-4 did you notice any difference with nerve sensations like more pain or jolts?

Re: Post-Surgery and returning to work
Barb How are you doing? Ray I am doing better. I am REALLY hopeful and I am praying that I may continue to see more progress. I am almost 4 months post op and although I am nowhere near being pain free I am feeling less intense pain. I would say at this point maybe a 25% improvement? My pain is sti...

Post-Surgery and returning to work
Good afternoon everyone. I am almost 3 months post surgery with Dr. Andrew Elkwood. Unfortunately, as I begin to more mobile and active I am not seeing the decrease in pain I had hoped. Basically the more I do, the more pain I feel. I have pain with sitting, standing, walking, even laying down. I wa...
