Hello.

For persons that find duloxetine / cymbalta helpfull what dosage you use and you take all dose at once or you can split it 2 times per day ?

This blocks kinda fail for urethral / urinary symptoms so i can t rule out pn or pne with them.I had 2 both useless but i am not convinced my pudendal nerve is fine.

True, but if the pathology is lower down in the peripheral nerve I'm not sure you would want to risk a steroid injection at S2 to start out with if the pudendal nerve is the main problem. regarding urination symptoms going alot will the nerve block reduce that if it is that nerve It could but not necessarily 100%. My symptoms were partially relieved temporarily by nerve blocks, but never 100%. But it was enough to determine that the pudendal nerve was the culprit. Violet Is complica...

Abdomen trigger points and ilionghinal and iliohipogastric can give horrible urinary symptoms.
