Re: Surgery dilemma

Was your numbness to all tactile sensations on penis or just sexual/ arousal sensation before surgery? There was no erogenous sensation at all, overall I’d describe the sensation as being changed rather than numb, though I think there were areas of the shaft that were numb. The glans was sensitive ...

Re: Surgery dilemma

These were all similar to my experience. I’m about 8 months out and I still have ED but it was explained to me that since I still have penile numbness on the right side where compression was that the nerve is still regenerating. Prior to surgery I had a slight ache on the inner right buttock if I s...

Re: Surgery dilemma

I'm nearly a week post-surgery now so thought I'd share a quick update. Everything went to plan, the surgeon said I was entrapped on both sides and more so on the right. He performed bilateral decompression, including of the anal-rectal branch (as constipation is one of my symptoms). I have 4 incis...

Re: Loss sensation penile glans overnight (Dorsal nerve related) Anyone else? Any success stories?

By had I mean I had pudendal decompression surgery, and my symptoms are improving. It sounds that may be your case because your symptoms are extremely similar to mine. By no sensation I mean I have no erogenous sensation in entire penis.

Re: Loss sensation penile glans overnight (Dorsal nerve related) Anyone else? Any success stories?

I had those same problems except I had no sexual sensation in the entire penis. I had pudendal nerve decompression and as of now blood flow is a bit better, but still no sensation. How do you think you got this? Also, does your glans inflate?

Re: Surgery for ED

Sorry to hear you haven't had better results so far. My primary symptom was pain, but for me it took at least 9 months before the pain started to subside and it slowly faded over the next year or so. You probably have to factor in how long before surgery you had lost sensation. My understanding is ...

Re: Surgery dilemma

I just had surgery for severe ED with bollens, I’m on month 6 as of now. My main symptoms were ED, weak urine stream, glans wouldn’t fill up, and no sexual sensation in penis. I was told I would be at 80% recovery at this point but that is definitely not the case. So far I think blood flow may be a ...

Surgery for ED

Hello, I just recently had bilateral pudendal decompression surgery in December. I was found to be entrapped by sacrospinas ligament. My main symptoms were severe erectile dysfunction and no sexual sensation. After surgery blood flow has seemingly increased but it is hard to test my erections becaus...
