CAM lesions and pudendal symptoms

hi, Dr, Conway, pudendal specialist in new hampshire, told me a couple days ago after noticing cam lesions in my hip joints that some of his colleagues are noticing that they can produce pudendal nerve symptpms and suggested I consult with hip orthopedist. Wondering if anyone has had or is knowledgeable about this issue and/or knows good hip- orthopdist in boston area to consult with, thanks, pdn
