Swimming, except for the frog kick is considered OK for people with PN but...maybe just give it a try and see how it makes you feel. If your SIJD is due to strained ligaments I think you might need to be careful about further strain on the ligaments so just be careful. ;)
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Thank you so much Violet, yes I understand. I dont want to do anything and worsen my pain more, as it is I have a hard time lying down, my pain level is only controlled by lyrica, I am trying to hold on to life with the help of my medications.
