Hi everyone
Just wanted to share with you some good news that after 3 blocks I am nearly pain free now : ) I'm not doing much sitting yet, eg 10 mins a day, and I only walk a little bit, but this is a HUGE improvement from 3 months ago when I couldn't stand up for more than a few minutes let alone walk anywhere. I have been out of the house ! So there is HOPE !

That is really good news.
pelvic floor dysfunction
abdominal bladder and penis pain and rectal pain
pain from sitting and car rides
shocking and burning pain though bladder and penis
testicle pain
Miss diagnosed forever with "just passing a kidney stone" or "Prostate infection"
Pain all the time. Sometimes better most of the time it is not
Physical therapy did nothing to help
Current Medication Vicodin and Valium when needed
GABAPENTIN 600MG 1 a day
3 guided nerve blocks done 1 more possible
abdominal bladder and penis pain and rectal pain
pain from sitting and car rides
shocking and burning pain though bladder and penis
testicle pain
Miss diagnosed forever with "just passing a kidney stone" or "Prostate infection"
Pain all the time. Sometimes better most of the time it is not
Physical therapy did nothing to help
Current Medication Vicodin and Valium when needed
GABAPENTIN 600MG 1 a day
3 guided nerve blocks done 1 more possible

Thanks ! I see from your signature that you've had 3 nerve blocks too, and like me 1 more is 'allowed'.
Did you get any relief with your 3 blocks ? Really hope they are doing something for you

I did get some relieve from mine. I still have pain daily it just does on inter fear with my life as much. I would love to be pain free again and I believe it will happen someday.

Fall 2008. Misdiagnosed with lumber spine problem. MRN June 2010 indicated pudendal entrapment at Alcocks canal. Diagnosed with complex variant piriformis syndrome with sciatic, pudendal and gluteal entrapment's by Dr Filler 2010.Guided piriformis botox injection 2011 Bristol. 2013, Nerve conduction test positive; new spinal MRI scan negative, so diagnosed for the 4th time with pelvic nerve entrapment, now recognised as Sciatic, pudendal, PFCN and cluneal nerves at piriformis level.
