Thank you, Joy!
Do you use it directly from the plant?
Kind regards,
Karyn

Hi Karyn

No to your answer. I use Aloe Vera Gel that I buy from Holland and Barrett. I buy the best one I can afford that contains the most Aloe Vera.
I`m not sure that I could manage without it now- it soothes a lot and helps with `some` pain after a BM.

The things we talk about on here, I don`t share with my best friend  but I`ve inserted it into my rectum also and although it doesn`t get rid of all the pain- it certainly helps.
take care
Joy

Oh, I know it! :) That's one of the best things about HOPE. It's nice to be able to discuss these types of things with people who are going through the same thing and understand.
I highly support ANYTHING that works for you!
