redo surgery for scar tissues by mahzi

I had a redo PNE surgery due to scar tissues 6 months back in belgium but still not seen much improvement. I am on 600mg gabapentin and tramadol and at times have to stop the gabapentin due to drug allergy and at that point the pain really flares up. I have been told to do hip rotation exercises to prevent scar tissues and to walk 30 min per day.
After my first operation 6 years back my recovery was so quick (within 3 months) that this time around I am worried seeing such slow progress. Has anyone done a redo surgery and how long did it take them to get relief.
