What surgery is done fot the hyperarousal PNE?

Post by kfssws86 »

Saw past posts about a surgery that was done for the hyper arousal, but it did not say what surgery was done. Anyone know what surgery was done?

Several people I know, including myself, had pudendal nerve decompression surgery. Some were TG approach, mine was TIR approach. You can read about the different approaches on the website at pudendalhope.org under Treatment Options>Pudendal Nerve Decompression Surgery.

Best,

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
