I have read a great deal on chronic pain, pelvic pain...etc....and I have just finished a particularly enlightening book that may be helpful to others:
"All In My Head" by Paula Kamen
Even though the author suffers from very severe chronic headaches, it very wisely addresses chronic pain in general and all it's complexity both physically and emotionally. Most of us will relate to every sentence!!
If you do read it, please let me know what you think of it, as I think it is "heads" above most books on the subject.

History Endometriosis
Antolak Diagnosed PN--1 PN block made pain much worse & more widespread for a year
PT 2 yrs--Did not help physically, but was educational
