David,

How big is the McCarty's Sacro-ease Executive Rx cushion cut out area? It looks small when i looked it up online. Just wondering. Is it very supportive, like keeps you completely off the seat? Is it made of material that could be cut? I need to be able to cut it if need be so my st bones don't touch the seat.

Thanks.
