Hi Jaxi123

How did your PT secessions go ?? I thought you posted you found a good PT ? And what did they say was the cause , also have you asked your specialist what is the cause is and what treatment that might help ? It will be better to get a couple opinions .
If you can find out what the trigger or cause is then it would help to find a solution , most will only speculate or guess the cause .
I know it is a tricky road to find someone / a specialist who truly understands
It helps to post and ask , it will depend where you are and the access to a specialist as well you will have google and research as much as possible the more you learn the better .
Try coccyx.org they have info and about 3 support sites keep asking for information .
You might try to add the words PLEASE HELP ,

Cheers

Coccyxgeaus is in chronic spasms due to TWO PN surgeries and the loss of the main ligaments.

I had bad coccygeus muscles for awhile but after my PNE surgery the tension slowly faded. I used a TENS unit for pelvic floor muscle tension. Also used internal ice and had some myofascial release PT.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
