HELP PLEASE I NEED ADVISE

Post by Jules1967 »

I had a hysterectomy in June 2013. Right from the next day I had symptoms of PN. Long story but I was admitted back in within in a couple of days from the pain I was in after being released from my hysterectomy. I have been unable to work since then and am in chronic pain. My life has haulted. I have contacted a lawyer and spoke with him today and I have to put out $5,000-$10,000 up front for them to hire expert doctors to prove that this was done as a result of the surgery. I need help deciding to go through with this. I would have to get a bank loan for this but can it really be proven that it was done from the surgery? This is what the lawyer said these experts that they hire have to do. How would this be proven. I know it happened from the surgery because the symptoms started right from the surgery. I have proof how many times I went back to the doctors complaining from the pain right from the gecho. HELP!!

If you had a routine hysterectomy, unless you can prove the physician did something negligent during the surgery it seems unlikely you would have a case. Is there any evidence the physician did something out of the ordinary during surgery? Did you sign a consent for surgery that listed possible risks?

I'm sorry you got worse from surgery. I would hate to see you lose a lot of money as a result.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Did you have the Da Vinci method?

I have had burning pain in my rectum and vaginal area since my surgery in 2014 (June). Is that the kind of pain you are having. VERY uncomfortable to sit.

Hello Haze,

i have also a hysterectomy (abdominal) and the same pain as you describe. I have a burning pain in my perineal area and always a pressure in my rectum. I can´t sit without pain. All the time i have to use a cushion. My pain started immediatly after the hysterectomy. My hysterectomy was in December 2014.

Many greetings from Germany
