Did somebody heard of that before ?

A friend just told me about that, her father does it and I read a bit online but found only german pages about it!
It works with self healing process and Nerve system. It is about fascia and muscles. I don't know what to think about it, but I think I should give everything a try.

Maybe someone find some english pages to share them here. Or share what they found out : )
