I haven't. It looks pretty nifty though. As an alternative, you can get the ace brand gel cold compresses in the shape of a pad and put them between 2 pairs of underwear.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Hi Hope,
Thanks for the link! That looks like a great option. I am a huge icer (have it in now as I do most nights), and I do have an elaborate system for icing in public, but I will order this and give it a try. I put water in condoms, freeze them, wrap them in a paper towel (usually), and place them on a pad in my underwear. It stays in place nicely, but as a security measure (to ensure that it doesn't somehow fall out!) I often where nylons under my pants. And if I'm wearing a skirt without tights, I where my husband's biking shorts under the skirt. So, I think this would allow me to skip the nylons/shorts security measure. The fabric looks thicker than my paper towel, so it might not give me as much ice contact as I like, but who knows. I think I'll give it a try and will report back.
