Some people are lucky enough to get some pretty immediate positive results. Hopefully you are one of those people!

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Ok so I am now a little over three weeks postop. No real changes in symptoms for the most part, but I have been noticing some more intense stinging pains/sensation on the left side instead of just the right. I am considering asking Conway if I should go back and get the left side done. Since my condition is congenital, it makes me think that if I was entrapped on the right side, it's probably the same way on the left.

Recovery takes months so I think it is too soon to draw any conclusions. Hopefully you will start to see some improvements before too long.
