No orgasm for 40 years

Post by Bongo »

Hi,I'm 53 now since puberty my orgasms stopped the first time I could ejaculate the wonderful feeling that used to go under my bum up my spine and back down again disappeared and has never come back! Any ideas? I always thought it was some nerve issue but never even knew of the prudenal nerve before today. I ejaculate normally ,no pain ,but no pleasure. Very sad .

Hi Bongo,

This would be hard to know if it is related to PN, as there could be so many reasons for this happening to you. Anything from medications, to diabetes, to low hormones and neuropathy, previous surgeries, etc.

Have you seen your doctor about this to rule out any other issues that may be going on? Regular doctor or Urologist?

Take care,

Yes doctors have never heard of it ,it's known as ejaculatory anhedonia, it started when I was 13 so no injuries or hormone issues, in fact the pleasure was great pre puberty.
