Hi Violet,

No real negative effects of the surgery. It did relieve a major trigger point, but not my primary left testicular pain, which I've had pre- and post-orchiectomy.

After cutting the branch, the proximal end was turned and implanted deeply within the Alcock canal. The distal end was cauterized
near the skin.

near the skin. He only said my left scrotum would be numb, and it is but only slightly.
