Re: Weight

At one point in this five year pain journey, I decided it would the year I licked this thing, and would do all I could to help myself. I walked, did all the stretching exercises my physical therapist gave me and lost over 30 lbs. I felt somehow that this would help the pain. But it did nothing at all. My internist was happy with me, that I became overall more healthy, but then I broke my foot and had to sit for months, gained weight and of course my core went off kilter. Then i tore my left knee and found out i have arthritis in both knees. I need to start walking again and losing weight because i do feel better overall. But as far as the pelvic pain, I'm afraid it did not help. Sorry I can't tell you anything more positive.
