Not necessarily -- I can't say for sure. It could just be a symptom of PN for you. I developed hypersensitivity to the point I would jump when the phone rang and was super hypersensitive to touch. I don't know if I had central sensitization -- it sure felt like I did but all of that slowly faded after my PNE surgery so whatever it was, it was reversible. As I look back on it I probably should have been better medicated.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
