I just got off of the phone with Holly. This pain (listed in boldfacing above) is long gone now.

Holly had her first surgery (one side) in France of 2002 and then had to have the other side in Houston of 2004. She had her baby (c-section) in 2007 and she is 100% cured now.

She sees Stephanie Prendergast (reknown PT for PN) about twice a year for a checkup (she lives in S.F. where Stephanie works). Life is wonderful for Holly. She owns her own business and last year traveled over 100,000 air miles.

She had 2 TG surgeries and then a baby and is doing just fine.

I just wanted to drop you a line, and tell you that I am still pain free! Even after having 2 babies! Very Happy Peyton is now 2 and Paige is turning 1! So as you can see I am and have been very busy! Very Happy"

Jessica (TG surgery in Texas):
"Every year that I do this, I just can't believe I've put another year between me and my surgery in Houston. I was so surprised to sit down this year and realize it has been 6 years."

"We welcomed our son in to the world (by C-section) almost 4 weeks ago, and he is hands down the greatest joy of my life. I am afraid to jinx myself, but everything went perfectly. The C-section was a surreal experience, but I have a wonderful OB-GYN who took great care of me. Recovery from the C-section reminds me a bit of the PNE surgery recovery - having to force myself to take it easy so I don't have a setback. It helps that having a newborn is so exhausting, I want to lie down most of the time

I have not had any unusual PN pain to date, since the C-section. Still at my normal 0-1 levels. I have had a little but of hip funniness, but that was happening toward the end of my pregnancy, too. I'm looking forward to getting back to yoga and some swimming, but both have to wait at least a few weeks longer. In the meantime, I am concentrating on enjoying every waking moment with my boy, who is healthy, lovely, handsome, and wonderful in every way. I wish this blessing on anyone who wants it - what a joy. "
