what is your opinion on the pathology of hard flaccid?

tbh, i dont even know whats going. i deleted the post because it seems to have angered you, but i am now more confused then before i even made it. like i truly dont know what you are suggesting to/for me at this point. is this hullabaloo all to get me to fuck off the forum, or r u actually worried about my health and want to help me? if the latter, then lets talk. @harry_nerve

I have no clue but there is one hint you can take . A lot of sufferers say that their hard flaccid symptom disappears when they are lying down versus standing. This is obviously something mechanical..if there was some sort of relentless sympathetic activity it wouldn’t just go away when lying versus standing up .

harry nerve, it is strong of you to continue to be a father figure for your kid when you are going through so much. i relate oppositely, where i am dealing with this as a child to my parents and they dont seem to understand the pain because they cant see it. it is a wicked thing. i have been accused of lying or exaggerating over a thousand times over these 4 years. it begins to break you.

i agree that a scan is necessary before engaging in any form of intrusive treatment. I have a scan on the 29th for a 3T MRN of the pelvis- however this was ordered without contrast. Should i ask for contrast?

Also, since my symptoms are much better when lying down, is it not a conflict of interest to do a scan laying down? i know a place that does standing up mri's but not mrn's

harry nerve, Im a little skeptical about the predisposition thing. My dad is in his 70s, and i asked him about if hes ever had any sort of issues of this nature. He informed me that he actually has never had any sort of problem like this and that he can actually still get a working erection using a gas station pill. My brothers both late 30s and both are obese and non-active and they sit at a desk all day. Neither of them has penis issues as well. I talked to them about this and we had a very open conversation and the truth is that theye just dont and never have had anything like this. It absolutely doesnt make sense how it could be a predisposition- especially considering all my symptoms came as soon as i injured my penis. Whatever this crap is, its tied to my trauma, but there is no genetic factor at play.

And when you ask about both sides, are you referring to the hard flaccid? if so, then yes. It is a strange phenomena and I dont understand how something like this could have came 4 years ago into my life and never left. i am at a loss for words.
