HELP ME 34 yr old male - Suspected to have PN- You tell me?

Post by Richard1985 »

Hi Everyone,

Not sure really how to start but here it is.

I see replies aren't very common on here but I will hope for the best as any help is appreciated. I'm seeking advice on treatment, success stories, referrals for drs or anything that may help.

I have been suffering mentally as well as physically while the DR's where I live are limited and don't seem to have any idea what is going on with me. I hope to be going out of state to one of the Drs listed on this site to figure this out as soon as I can amongst all the Covid turmoil. It has been extremely difficult to cope with and the mental effects are very detrimental to my well being.

My Symptoms Include the following.

- Intermittent and nearly complete loss of sensation in penis and part of scrotum
- Dull or burning sensation between my legs around my perineum. Pain/discomfort seems to be inside.
- Penis is cold to the touch nearly 24/7 with occasional bouts of normal feelings.
- In the beginning I could not feel temperatures or nearly anything for that matter but some sensation has returned.
- My butt feels like it falls asleep really easily while sitting and symptoms seem to be worse while driving.
- Erectile Dysfunction and loss of libido.
- Greater loss of sensation in these areas if constipated.

I've had the followings tests done
-STD (none found)
-Blood/Testosterone and Hormone Tests (Testosterone is above average and other hormones checked out fine)
-Ultrasound - (no blood flow found in penis but dr was not a specialist just an ultrasound tech)
-Digital rectum exam (found no swelling of the prostate)
