Body Temp and Goosebumps

Hi,
I am having a lot of trouble regulating my body temp. I get the sensation of being hot and freezing cold at the same time, like hot with goosebumps. Im wondering if anyone else with PN can relate to this symptom (I'm trying to workout if it is caused by low/high estrogen from surgical menopause or possibly PN)?
