Below are some presentations from the International Urogynecology Association 2010 conferance held in Toronto.

There are some helpful slides in the presentations. This one describes the common sites of compression for the pudendal nerve

Also this one was interesting. There has been a lot of talk about various scans for the pudendal nerve. However this slide presented by Antolak would suggest it is only possible to know for certain if you are entrapped during surgery. Admittedly this is only in a presentation by a single surgeon - Antolak.
